Payment for Membership:
Only 150 USD or 1,000 CNY for annual membership fee per year.


Training in Xin Zhuang:
Mantis Classes at Jin Cheng Lu Yuan Community Center
- Monday to Friday: every morning 6.00 am - 7.30 am 

Training in Qing Pu:
Mantis Classes at Luo Guang Yu Seven Star Mantis Kung Fu School
- Tuesday & Thursday evening: 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm
- Saturday noon: 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
- Sunday morning: 10.00 am - 1.00 pm


Private Training:
Private tuition (one-to-one classes) with Master Kai Uwe Pel are available by individual arrangement only.
The cost for private class is 100 USD per hour.

We do not have a ranking/belt system with examinations. You will not meet any 'hidden charges' or fees.

Important notice:
We are based in Shanghai and many students who try our class are staying here for a limited time. We only have 'teachers' and 'students' but it's generally accepted that it takes two years to progress to an 'intermediate' level from beginner.
Any new student who can only stay for two or three months, for example, is not going to get anything except a basic idea of what happens in a martial arts class. We also appreciate that some students might decide to stay longer if they become dedicated to the training. So, we have decided to set a minimum initial training time of one year.
All new students must be in Shanghai for at least a year stay.
